The image was captured in a brickfield situated at Langolpota, under North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal, India. The women used to carry the finished and backed bricks from the place beside the kiln where bricks are being backed and kept. The chimney is very symbolic of the situation of their life.

This is the common scene in the street of Kolkata under West Bengal in India. I found the frame interesting where two people are walking in their own mind whereas the person who is taking bath with the water supply of municipality beside the road suddenly looks at me as I was carrying the camera. I completed the frame with my shadow on the road.

The image was captured in the lanes of Varanasi city under the Indian state Uttar Pradesh. Varanasi is the perfect place for street photographers. Here I found the contrast of our life, the youth and old age, one is dwelling in the future, while other may lives in the past.

Дарджилинг. Мне показалась интересной поза бегущего мальчика на фоне: будто лицо на настенной росписи дует воздух, а мальчик пытается двигаться вперёд против этого потока.

The shot was taken at Darjeeling town, under Darjeeling district of West Bengal, India. I found the posture of the running boy with the background very interesting. It looks like the human face in the wall art is blowing air and the boy is just trying move forward against that air.
